Why to trust us?

Over the 8 years of our cooperation in the confectionery field, we have learned a valuable lesson: in order to learn, you need to apply skills and knowledge you gained into practice. Knowledge should come from reliable and high-quality sources.

The best place to test your knowledge and skills is through hard daily work.

Not only do we teach the art of pastry-making to others -- we generously share everything we ourselves have practiced, tried out, implemented. Should we be greedy? Will anyone ever be fond of a greedy pastryman?! This is why we do not see competition among fellow confectioners, we see them as colleagues that come and say "Thanks a mil for sharing your knowledge. You contributed to our growth!"
We love what we do
We dream about developing confectionery as art and making it grow. Art which is home to imagination, inspiration, bright revelations and real masterpieces!


In 2020 alone we educated over 1000 confectionery artists around the world! Our students develop their craft in Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Poland, Estonia, Italy, Spain, UAE, USA, Saudi Arabia, France, Germany, Canada, UK, Ireland, Romania, Czechia and other countries.
